What are your reasons for wanting to enlist with the 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment?
Well, I took a long break from Milsim as a whole and tried a little bit of Reforger. I just didn't get that same realistic feeling as I did with Arma2 and Arma 3. Um just looking to getting back into Milsim. Took a break due to life having my first born then getting deployed for a whole year I was with the Army Reserves as a 31B/31E. Just recently joined the NG and reclassed to 15T Blackhawk Mechanic. So that alone consumed alot of my time. My wife and I are expecting our second child so my time my be restricted as well just wanted to be up front about that.
Have you been apart of a military simulation unit on ArmA before? (List what unit and when.)
I have 13 years of milsim experience . Started MILSIM with the 15th MEU ACE (Armour Composite Element) from a E1 private to E6 SSgt. Decided I wanted to do more within the unit so I put in a officer packet commissioned within the unit switched assignments from ACE to MAW (Marine Air Wing) Rotary wing section as a 2LT with Warhorse Company flew MV-22's, CH-53E's, and UH-1Y Venoms Armed and Unarmed variants. I "retired" as a LTC was a flight section CO of Warhorse. I was with the 15th for 8 1/2 years from Arma2-Arma3. I then started my own Milsim unit 2nd and 3rd 75th Ranger Battalions they are still together as we speak 2,200 members strong alot of 506th IR and 15th MEU retirees switched to my unit for alittle different scenery now they have moved away from Arma 3 to Arma Reforger.
